TERMS OF TRADE
For those persons wishing to use Stylejunky´s services, they must read and agree to be bound by our policies relating to those services. 
 
ORDERING
All prices are in Euro.
Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging you order.
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment.
 
PAYMENT
Payment can be made by CB, Visa, Visa/dankort, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal.
Payment will be debited and cleared from your account, when your order has been shipped.
 
DELIEVERY

Delivery is made by UPS or Chronopost. Orders placed before noon will be shipped the same day.
Delivery in Europe is normally within 3 business days, and delivery outside Europe is normally 5 days.
The delivery cost are automatically calculated as soon as you constitute your basket of purchases and appear in the rising final one at the time when you finish your order. 
 
RETURNS
Items should be returned within 7 days. You fill out the return-note, and send the items back. The expenses of sending and return will then be at your charge. You will then be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.
Items should be returned new, unused, and with all designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return.
 
FAULTY GOODS
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase.
Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. 
 
NO COMMERCIAL USE
This Site is for your personal use only. You may not modify, copy, distribute, publish any Content from this site.
You may not use this Site, or any of its Content, to further any commercial purpose, including any advertising or advertising revenue generation activity on your own Site. 
 
PRIVACY POLICY
We respect your right to privacy. Stylejunky.fr will not share or sell your personal information with anyone. We may use your contact information to contact you about new products.
 
EXTRAS
Item availability
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products and sizes. If we are out of stock on a item you have ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflectd in your total.
 
Can I return a sale item?
PLEASE NOTE that all sale items are FINAL SALE.
 
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Sorry but we currently offer no gift wrapping service at this time.
